📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, implement, and assess early childhood programs and activities that align with national and international early childhood education standards.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for young children.
• Develop and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and support staff to ensure the holistic development of each child.
• Use a variety of teaching methods and resources, including Mandarin language instruction, to support student learning.
• Monitor student progress and provide appropriate interventions and support as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education.
• Participate in school-wide events and activities, such as open houses, field trips, and cultural celebrations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching early childhood education.
• Fluency in Mandarin language, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of early childhood education standards and best practices, such as the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) or the National Quality Framework (NQF).
• Experience working with diverse populations and cultures.
• Valid teaching certification or equivalent qualifications.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
