📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, utilizing tools like LinkedIn, JobStreet, and local job boards.
• Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees, working with managers to develop personalized development plans.
• Handle employee relations issues, mediating conflicts and addressing grievances to maintain a positive work environment.
• Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
• Support the company's expansion efforts by conducting market research and identifying talent acquisition strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR, attending relevant workshops and webinars.
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics, providing insights to support decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in recruitment and employee relations.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
• Experience working in a hybrid or remote environment is a strong asset.
• Familiarity with HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
