Manage and maintain client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.,Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to build relationships and promote our products/services.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and sales data.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management.,Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the tourism and hospitality industry is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.🛠️ Keahlian
