PT Melati Surya is seeking a dedicated Assistant Bookkeeper to join our finance team in Gianyar, Bali. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the bookkeeping processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records and ledgers,Prepare and process invoices and payments,Assist in the preparation of financial reports,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Support the finance team in data entry and analysis,Assist in the reconciliation of bank statements and accounts,Provide administrative support to the finance department,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP,Strong attention to detail and analytical skills,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Valid work permit for Bali
