Sumber Hendra Digital is looking for an experienced Assistant Head Chef to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our restaurant's success by assisting the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations and ensuring smooth workflow.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer preferences.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Manage inventory and purchasing of food ingredients.,Train and supervise junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in menu planning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef or similar role.,Experience in managing a kitchen team.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.
