Assist the head waiter in managing the dining area,Take customer orders accurately and efficiently,Ensure food and drinks are served promptly and correctly,Maintain a clean and organized dining area,Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally,Assist in preparing and serving food when needed,Keep accurate records of sales and customer feedback,Follow all health and safety regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma,Previous experience as a waiter or similar role is a plus,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Friendly and customer-oriented attitude,Basic knowledge of Indonesian cuisine is a plus,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg
