📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities.,Provide excellent customer service to guests.,Ensure the banquet area is clean and well-maintained.,Assist with food and beverage service during events.,Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally.,Work collaboratively with the event planning team.,Maintain accurate records of banquet activities.,Assist in inventory management for banquet supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospitality or banquet staff role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic event planning and setup procedures.,Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy items.,Fluent in Indonesian, both spoken and written.,Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
