📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and managing the department's daily operations and activities.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve department performance.
  • Supervising and mentoring team members to ensure they meet their targets.
  • Managing department budgets and ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Representing the department in meetings and events.
  • Providing regular reports on department performance to senior management.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
