📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure timely and efficient transport of goods and personnel.,Monitor fuel consumption and maintain accurate records of vehicle usage.,Handle vehicle maintenance and repairs, coordinating with external service providers as needed.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Generate and analyze reports on fleet performance and efficiency.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management strategies.,Provide support to the logistics team in planning and executing transport operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
