Berkah Eko Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee our production processes and ensure the quality and efficiency of our products. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing our production team, optimizing our production processes, and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality. This is a hybrid role that combines on-site and remote work, providing you with the flexibility to work from home while still being part of our team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production team, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.,Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.,Ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.,Monitor production schedules and ensure that they are met.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure that our products meet our standards.,Work with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that we are meeting customer demands and expectations.,Maintain a clean and safe work environment for our production team.,Ensure that all production equipment and machinery are in good working condition and properly maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production supervision role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control procedures.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both your team and other departments.,Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and procedures, and the ability to ensure that they are followed.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment, combining on-site and remote work.
