📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further rounds.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
• Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and recruitment materials.
• Support the Talent Acquisition team in organizing recruitment events and career fairs.
• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
• Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Recent graduate or individual with limited experience in recruitment or human resources.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.
