📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Oversee the administration of employee benefits and compensation packages.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.,Lead and mentor HR team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
