📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned outlets, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement strategies to improve outlet performance and customer satisfaction.,Lead and motivate a team of outlet staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets.,Monitor sales performance and implement initiatives to drive growth and profitability.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular outlet audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and other departments.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the retail or hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with retail management systems and POS software is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for outlet visits and team meetings.
