📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process to ensure timely and efficient food preparation,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation,Train and mentor junior production operators,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management,Implement and enforce health and safety protocols in the kitchen,Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and company policies,Collaborate with the kitchen manager to improve production efficiency and quality,Handle any production-related issues or emergencies in a timely and professional manner

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Production Operator or similar role in the food service industry,Proven track record of maintaining high standards of food quality and safety,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment,Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
