📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions and specifications,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify potential candidates,Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
