Lead and manage key client engagements, ensuring timely and accurate completion of audit projects.,Develop and implement audit strategies and methodologies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Conduct thorough and detailed audits, including financial statement audits, internal control reviews, and compliance assessments.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze relevant data and information.,Prepare and present audit reports and recommendations to clients, highlighting key findings and areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the continuous improvement of audit processes.,Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit and assurance services, with a strong focus on financial statement audits.,Professional certification in accounting, such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA, is highly desirable.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards (IFRS).,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Proficient in using audit software and tools, such as Oracle Hyperion, SAP, or similar.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality.
