📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the Technical Services team in the APAC region, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.,Drive the adoption and implementation of cloud and Cortex technologies across the APAC region, providing strategic guidance and best practices.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.,Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the Technical Services team.,Oversee the delivery of technical services, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues and requests.,Contribute to the development of Palo Alto Networks' technical services strategy and roadmap for the APAC region.,Represent Palo Alto Networks at industry events, conferences, and forums to build brand awareness and thought leadership.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the technical services domain.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,10+ years of experience in technical services, with a strong background in cloud and Cortex technologies.,Proven leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Certifications in relevant technical areas, such as Palo Alto Networks Certified Professional (PCP) or similar, are a plus.,Experience in working in a remote or distributed team environment.
