📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the company's vehicle fleet.,Coordinate with drivers and mechanics to ensure vehicles are in optimal condition.,Monitor fuel consumption and cost to optimize efficiency.,Manage vehicle scheduling and routing to ensure timely deliveries.,Handle vehicle insurance and registration renewals.,Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Generate and analyze reports on fleet performance and maintenance costs.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Proven track record in managing and optimizing fleet operations.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
