📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow,Monitor performance of team members and provide constructive feedback,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Develop and implement training programs for junior staff,Resolve conflicts and address issues within the team,Conduct performance reviews and appraisals,Maintain accurate records of operations and performance,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience,Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role,Strong leadership and communication skills,Proven ability to mentor and develop junior staff,Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in Indonesian and English
