📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with their purchases, providing information about products and answering any questions they may have.,Maintain the store's cleanliness and organization, ensuring that the shopping environment is pleasant and inviting.,Stock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure that products are easily accessible to customers.,Handle cash transactions and process returns or exchanges as needed.,Promote sales and special offers to customers, helping to drive revenue for the store.,Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager to support the smooth operation of the store.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and retail software is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is required.
