📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences
• Market properties effectively using online platforms, social media, and traditional methods
• Negotiate deals and close sales on behalf of the agency
• Provide expert advice on property values, market trends, and legal aspects of real estate transactions
• Manage property listings, including photography, virtual tours, and detailed descriptions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other industry professionals

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Licensed Real Estate Agent with a valid certification from the local regulatory body
• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales
