📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver training programs that align with international QMS standards, such as ISO 9001 and ISO 13485.
• Create and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.
• Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure that our trainers are well-prepared to deliver high-quality training to our employees.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our QMS processes are integrated and aligned with our overall business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest QMS trends, standards, and best practices.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality management policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on quality management principles and practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Management Systems, with a focus on ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards.
• Certification in Quality Management Systems, such as Lean Six Sigma, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, or ISO 13485 Lead Auditor.
• Strong knowledge of quality management principles, practices, and tools, such as PDCA, 5S, and Kaizen.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train and develop others.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training software, such as Adobe Captivate or Articulate Storyline.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
