🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
