📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement innovative business models that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business strategy and execution.
• Create and present business model canvases, financial models, and detailed project proposals.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented business models, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business model innovation.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Participate in client workshops and presentations to communicate and advocate for your business model strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business model innovation, consulting, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in business model design tools such as Business Model Canvas, Lean Canvas, and Value Proposition Design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
• Familiarity with financial modeling and data analysis tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau.
• Certification in business model innovation or related fields is a plus.
• Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, preferably in Southeast Asia.
