Financial Coordinator - Dynamic Role in Bali with Unibrew Industry Trading

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports using QuickBooks and SAP
• Process and reconcile bank statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Support the accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and payment tracking
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections
• Support the finance team in the implementation of new financial systems and processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in an international environment
• Proficient in using QuickBooks and SAP
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and practices is a plus
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Certified in ACCA, CPA, or a similar professional qualification is a plus
