📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso drinks using commercial espresso machines and grinders.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently using POS systems.
• Assist customers with menu selections and recommend beverages based on their preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including cleaning equipment and restocking supplies.
• Handle pastry items, including preparing and serving pastries and other food items.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a pleasant and efficient experience for all customers.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a barista or cashier role in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using commercial espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems.
