📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using UiPath and Power Automate.
• Collaborate with finance teams to identify process inefficiencies and develop automation strategies.
• Maintain and enhance existing automation workflows to ensure optimal performance.
• Integrate automation tools with our ERP system to streamline financial processes.
• Provide training and support to finance team members on the use of automation tools.
• Monitor and report on the performance of automation solutions to ensure they meet business objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in finance automation.
• Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or a related field, with a focus on process improvement and automation.
• Proven experience with UiPath, Power Automate, or similar RPA tools.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and systems, including ERP.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in finance or automation tools is a plus.
