📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Help maintain employee relations by addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to HR projects as needed.

• Provide administrative support to the HR department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest and passion for Human Resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
