📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
• Collaborate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair tasks.
• Develop and implement energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all local and national building codes and regulations.
• Provide technical support to property managers and other stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and inspections.
• Participate in emergency response and disaster recovery efforts as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Building Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in building maintenance and engineering.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, and other building information modeling (BIM) software.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Bali.
• Certification in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing systems is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
