📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety protocols.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team of warehouse staff, providing training and mentorship.
• Optimize inventory management using SAP ERP and other logistics software.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high standards.
• Analyze and report on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.
• Proven experience in managing teams and driving operational excellence.
• Certification in logistics management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ERP or similar logistics software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
