📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage the import and export processes, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and standards.
• Work with suppliers and customers to negotiate terms and conditions, and to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to optimize supply chain efficiency.
• Track and manage shipments, using tools such as SAP or Oracle for logistics management.
• Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the import/export process.
• Collaborate with the finance team to manage customs clearance and duties.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of import/export operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in import/export coordination or a related role in the logistics industry.
• Familiarity with international trade regulations and standards, including those of the World Trade Organization (WTO).
• Proficient in using logistics management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
