📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the Indonesian market
• Develop and execute strategic social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, engaging content that aligns with our brand values
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs and influencers to ensure long-term partnerships
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing
• Provide regular reports and recommendations to the marketing team
• Assist in the development of content strategies that leverage the Mandarin-speaking audience

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media marketing or a similar role
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing social media campaigns
• Fluent in both Indonesian and Mandarin
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian market and consumer behavior
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and WeChat
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
