📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain beautiful floral arrangements for weddings, corporate events, and special occasions.
• Manage inventory and order fresh flowers and greenery from trusted suppliers.
• Coordinate with vendors and clients to ensure timely delivery and setup of floral displays.
• Assist in event planning by providing floral design ideas and recommendations.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, invoicing, and client communication.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following health and safety guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in floral design and industry best practices.
• Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve our services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• 2-3 years of experience in floral design or a related field, preferably in a luxury or high-end setting.
• Strong knowledge of floral design principles and techniques.
• Familiarity with inventory management software such as QuickBooks or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients and vendors.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Certification in floral design or related courses is a plus.
• Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly practices in floral design.
