📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement efficient drilling and blasting strategies to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
• Utilize advanced software such as AutoCAD, Surpac, and BlastX to create detailed plans and analyze data.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal safety protocols.
• Monitor and evaluate drilling and blasting operations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including geologists, mining engineers, and safety officers, to achieve operational goals.
• Provide technical support and training to junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation in our operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in drilling and blasting operations, with a proven track record in similar roles.
• Certification in Drill and Blast Engineering (e.g., Certified Blasting Engineer) is a plus.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Surpac, and BlastX.
